Sell them at your own price and keep the difference. Your online store keeps running at the same time.

Already have a merch vendor?

No problem. We work alongside them.

A Vinyl Press store doesn’t replace anything you already have. Keep your uniform supplier, your screen printer or your team-store partner — your Vinyl Press store can sit right beside them, selling fan gear, fundraiser items, staff shirts or anything your current vendor doesn’t offer.

The only thing to check: if you have an existing agreement that gives another vendor exclusive rights to your logo or merchandise, review that agreement first.

Pay up front

The lowest price — $150. Pay the setup fee when your store is built and keep every dollar of your markup from the first sale.

Option B

Pay from sales

$185, with nothing due today. We take the setup fee out of your payouts until it’s covered, then the rest is yours.

Your markup must be at least $7.50 per item.
At that markup, your first 25 pieces cover the setup fee.
Taken from monthly payouts. Any balance left after 90 days is invoiced.

How much does it really cost to start?

Team & Organization Stores and Artist & Gallery Print Stores are $25. The Starter Store for businesses is $150 up front, or $185 if you’d rather pay from your sales. That covers the setup of your store with up to 8 items. Add-ons are optional.

Is there a lower-cost option for school teams and artists?

Yes. School teams, clubs, boosters and community organizations can open a Team & Organization Store with up to 4 items for a $25 setup fee. Artists and galleries can open a print store with up to 4 artworks for $25. Both can upgrade to the Starter Store later.

We already buy merch from someone else. Can we still do this?

Yes. Your Vinyl Press store can run alongside your current vendors. If you have a contract that gives another vendor exclusive rights to your logo or merchandise, check that agreement first.

Can we buy stock to sell in person?

Yes. Once your store is live you can order your own items at a set wholesale price, without your markup, to sell at games, events or your front counter.

How does “pay from sales” work?

Instead of paying up front, we deduct the setup fee from your payouts until it’s covered. Your markup needs to be at least $7.50 per item; at that markup the fee is covered by your first 25 pieces. Any balance not covered within 90 days is invoiced.

How does the one-cart “bundle” feature work?

We link multiple collections — for example Football, Band and Alumni — into one Shopify storefront, so a customer can add items from each to a single cart and pay once.

When do we receive our funds?

Ongoing stores are paid out monthly. Timed / fundraiser stores are paid out 7–10 business days after the campaign closes and production is finalized.

What does sorting & bagging include?

For timed and fundraiser stores we individually fold, bag and label every order so your volunteers don’t spend hours sorting. It’s $2.50 per order.
